Installation method

1. Firstly, wipe the surface of the locking assembly and the joint surface of the connected part, and evenly apply a thin layer of lubricating oil (without molybdenum disulfide or silicon additives).

2. Push the connected part onto the shaft to make it reach the position specified in the design. Install the locking assembly that loosens the bolt into the connection space smoothly to prevent the inclination of the connected part, and then tighten the bolt by hand.

3. Torque wrench shall be used for locking assembly bolts. Tighten the bolts diagonally, crosswise and evenly, and follow the steps: (1) tighten with 1 / MA value; (2) Tighten with 1 / 2mA value; (3) Tighten with Ma value; (4) Check all bolts with Ma value.
