Products Introduction 

 

DLM2 series is a multi-chip electromagnetic clutch with no slip ring and power-on operation.

The coil does not rotate, a friction pair, compact structure, large transfer moment, fast response

and no no no-load loss. The mechanical transmission system suitable for high frequency

operation can combine or separate the driven part and the active part when the active

part is running. It is widely used in packaging machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery,

light industry machinery and office machinery.

 

Electromagnetic clutch refers to a friction clutch that generates a pressing force by electromagnetic force. Because it can realize long-distance operation, small control energy, easy to realize machine tool automation, fast action, simple structure, it has also been widely used. Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. It is an electromagnetic-mechanical connection that applies the principle of electromagnetic induction and the friction between the inner and outer friction plates to make the two rotating parts in the mechanical transmission system. When the active part does not stop rotating, the driven part can be combined or separated from it.
