1, Main purpose

The tooth embedded electromagnetic clutch is mainly used in the mechanical transmission system. It can realize the combination of the driven part and the driving part when the relative speed of the driving and driven parts is low or zero, so as to start, stop, reverse and position. Widely used in metal processing machinery, metallurgical rolling mill, packaging machinery, medical machinery, food processing machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, precision machine tool industry.

2, The clutch can work reliably under the following conditions

 the altitude of the clutch installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

 ambient temperature: - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;

 there is no explosion hazard in the surrounding medium, and there is no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal and damage   insulation;

 the voltage fluctuation of clutch coil shall not exceed + 5% and - 15% of rated voltage;

 the clutch can work with and without lubrication.

3, Installation

★ the clutch can be installed horizontally or vertically. The clutch installed on the shaft shall keep the coaxiality between the driving shaft and the driven shaft no more than 0.05mm and ensure the working clearance δ Value.

★ before the installation of the clutch, the surface teeth at both ends shall be cleaned.

★ the driving and driven parts of the clutch shall be fixed axially without axial movement.
